Basic functions

The printingOffice – a software product designed for a calculation of printing costs and production control of printing houses:

- Calculates prices for all kinds of printing products.

- Solves the problems with complicated calculation of printing costs. In a few seconds, it makes a calculation of printing costs as well as the printing output.

- All input data for costing calculations are free adjustable. A user can change them or fill in according to his own request. The program allows for ad-hoc changes of the costing according to a client's current request. Input data in the costing can be edited without having to change the data in the data lists.

- The program allows you to make of the costing for various printruns. When making a calculation, you may set addition of paper for various printruns, „work and turn" printing, automatic layout on printing sheet for the calculation.

- It allows you to monitor your order throughout the whole working process – from order registration, production itself to order delivery and issuing of the invoice for customer. You can monitor the production by setting alarms to remind you of important terms.
 

System Requirements
The program runs under Windows 98,ME,2k,XP. thus the basic principles of Windows operating system are applied when working with the program.

User-friendly environment offers you the comfort you are used to when working with other the Windows applications.

The system of icons and connection between the data lists and databases offers an easy operating.
The program allows for importing data from the data lists in Excel.
